Our company provides reliable and meticulous work in the field of PVD COATING, a service we have been offering since 1991. Our facility currently consists of multiple PVD coating machines that deliver excellent quality aluminum-based PVD coating.

It is well understood that achieving perfect quality in PVD COATING requires meticulous pre- and post-treatment of the metal products to be vaporized. This is precisely why our machinery underwent significant upgrades in the recent past, allowing us to further represent outstanding quality in the market.

We continuously invest in and adapt the latest coating technologies, aiming to establish long-term partnerships among our existing and prospective customers in Central Europe.

About Us

Hybrid technology

In recent years, several of our partners have indicated that they would like to "print" inscriptions, logos, and other shapes on the steamed metal surface, so in addition to steaming metal, we can also do screen printing, pad printing, and hot stamping (hot embossing), which covers the entire range of decorative coating systems. We can even apply several technologies to one product, thanks to which the product becomes even more unique and personalized. That is why we founded Ezüst Szita Kft. PVD coating is a vapor-phase deposition process used to produce thin layers (PVD, Physical Vapor Deposition). It is essentially the coating of surfaces with thin layers of aluminium.

Our coating technology allows products to have not only shiny surfaces like gold, silver, bronze, and other metallic effect colors but also matte coatings

We start by applying a primer layer to the product, then, placing it in a vacuum chamber, we coat it with evaporated metal in the deep vacuum range, ensuring the silver shiny effect. Finally, to achieve a long-lasting product, we provide it with a wear-resistant protective layer.

We apply it to plastic, glass, and metal surfaces, even to 3D printed products. However, it cannot be used on organic materials such as wood, leather, and rubber.
