Soft touch coating
Our machines' dimensions allow for the custom PVD coating and embossing of unique lamps, lampshades, and larger plastic, glass, and metal components. The capacity diameter ranges from 1 mm to 450 mm, and the height can go up to 1150 mm.
Custom manufacturing
Screen printing is a process suitable for creating inscriptions and motifs, even with thicker ink layers, ensuring good coverage. It can be applied to a wide range of surfaces, but currently, we mainly focus on screen printing cylindrical objects. For flat surfaces, pad printing and embossing are more appropriate methods. The inks can be selected from a wide range based on PANTONE color codes.
Screen printing

Also known as hot stamping, it involves applying various inscriptions and motifs to different surfaces using a heat-activatable stamp. Metallic-effect surfaces can be created relatively easily, making them popular in industries like cosmetics because, thanks to the topcoat, the imprinted image is scratch-resistant and durable. Colors can be chosen from a catalog as per agreement.
Embossing
This technique is perfect for small objects, which can even be curved (like a ping pong ball), and can be made from virtually any material. Printing is done using a silicone printing tool called a pad, which can apply the ink in a very thin layer to the product. Inks can be selected from a wide range based on PANTONE color codes.
